Pricing and Modifications

Pricing may change based on specific service requirements discovered upon arrival at the property. We reserve the right to modify or update our services and pricing at any time without prior notice. Any changes to pricing will be communicated before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure any valuables or fragile items prior to the cleaning team’s arrival. Cleaningsmartfix is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
